When will I be charged?

You will not be charged when you begin your trial. Your first $199 monthly payment will be collected after the 7-day trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes. Stripe securely collects your card when you begin the trial, but the card is not charged on the signup date.

Where do I set up my referral program?

After signup, your dashboard will guide you through choosing the referral-program name, reward amount, payout methods, and referred-customer destination.

Why a flat fee instead of commission?

You keep 100% of every sale generated by your referrals. Referral Direct does not take a percentage of your revenue.

What if my referrals do not convert?

You only pay a referrer after you confirm that the referred person became a customer. There is no cost per referral.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. Cancel before the 7-day trial ends and the first monthly subscription payment will not be charged.
