SalesNav CSV Privacy Policy

SalesNav CSV is a Chrome extension operated by Loyalty LI LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use SalesNav CSV.

Information SalesNav CSV processes

SalesNav CSV allows users to select lead and account information displayed in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organize that information into local lists for CSV export.

This may include information such as names, job titles, companies, locations, profile URLs, company URLs, notes, and other lead or account information visible to the user in Sales Navigator.

Local extension data

Lead lists, account lists, export preferences, downloaded-record usage information, and related prospect data are stored locally in your Chrome browser.

SalesNav CSV does not upload or centrally store your prospect lists or exported Sales Navigator records on our servers.

Account information

If you create a SalesNav CSV account, we process information needed to operate your account, including:

  • Email address

  • Authentication and session information

  • Subscription status and plan information

  • Stripe customer and subscription identifiers

Account authentication and related account data are managed using Supabase.

Payment information

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe.

SalesNav CSV does not directly receive or store your full credit card number or other complete payment card credentials. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy practices.

Transactional emails

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails such as password reset messages.

How information is used

We use information only as necessary to:

  • Provide and operate SalesNav CSV

  • Authenticate users

  • Manage Free and paid plan access

  • Process subscriptions and billing

  • Provide password resets and other transactional account communications

  • Maintain the security and reliability of the service

Information sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate SalesNav CSV, including:

  • Supabase — authentication and account/subscription metadata

  • Stripe — payment and subscription processing

  • Resend — transactional email delivery

  • Google Chrome / Chrome Web Store — extension distribution and browser functionality

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of the service.

Data retention

Prospect and list data stored locally in the extension remains in the user's browser until the user removes it, clears the extension's storage, or uninstalls the extension.

Account and subscription information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by SalesNav CSV. Information transmitted between SalesNav CSV and its backend services is transmitted using secure connections.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

SalesNav CSV's use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data accessed by the extension is used only to provide and improve the user-facing functionality described in the extension.

Third-party services

SalesNav CSV is designed to work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation.

Your use of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator remains subject to the terms and policies applicable to those services.

Children's privacy

SalesNav CSV is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
