SalesNav CSV Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SalesNav CSV, a Chrome extension and subscription software service operated by Loyalty LI LLC.
By creating an account, installing the extension, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using SalesNav CSV, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SalesNav CSV helps users organize selected lead and account information displayed in LinkedIn Sales Navigator into lists and export that information to CSV files.
Features may include lead and account list creation, CSV exports, local list management, Free and paid usage tiers, and subscription and billing management.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features from time to time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SalesNav CSV.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, activities performed through your account, and keeping your login information confidential.
You may not share account credentials in a way that allows unauthorized users to access a paid subscription.
3. Free Plan
SalesNav CSV may offer a Free plan with usage limitations.
The current Free plan includes one list and up to 100 unique records downloaded.
Records previously downloaded may be downloaded again without counting as additional unique records.
Free-plan features and limits may change in the future. Material changes will be reflected in the product or on our website.
4. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features or higher usage limits.
Current subscription options may include a monthly subscription and an annual subscription.
Prices displayed during checkout are the prices that apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription through the billing portal provided within SalesNav CSV.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
You will continue to have paid access until that period ends.
After your paid access expires, your account may revert to the Free plan and its applicable usage limits.
6. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.
We generally do not provide partial-period refunds, refunds for unused time, or refunds for failure to cancel before a renewal.

7. Your Data
Lead and account lists created through SalesNav CSV are primarily stored locally in your browser.
You are responsible for maintaining any copies or backups of data important to you.
Removing the extension, clearing browser storage, resetting browser data, or certain browser or device changes may result in loss of locally stored information.
Our handling of personal information is described in the SalesNav CSV Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SalesNav CSV for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of others, to distribute malware or malicious code, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to circumvent subscription restrictions or usage limits, to reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or in a manner that violates laws or contractual obligations applicable to you.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of exported information complies with applicable privacy, marketing, employment, communications, and other laws.
9. Third-Party Services
SalesNav CSV is designed to work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
SalesNav CSV and Loyalty LI LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation.
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator are third-party services. Your use of them remains subject to their own terms, policies, restrictions, and availability.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for changes they make that may affect SalesNav CSV.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep SalesNav CSV available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, browser changes, third-party service changes, network or hosting issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property
SalesNav CSV, including its software, branding, interface, design, documentation, and other original materials, is owned by Loyalty LI LLC or its licensors.
These Terms provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SalesNav CSV for its intended purpose.
They do not transfer ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SalesNav CSV if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, attempted to compromise the Service, circumvented payment or usage restrictions, or created material risk to the Service or other users.
You may stop using SalesNav CSV at any time.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesNav CSV is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, always remain compatible with third-party websites or browsers, or meet every user's specific business requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loyalty LI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SalesNav CSV.
This includes loss of profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Loyalty LI LLC for SalesNav CSV during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, our website, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of SalesNav CSV after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
